2024 NAACP Awards: How to Watch Without Cable

The 55th annual NAACP Awards will air live from the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles on Saturday (March 16) at 8 p.m. ET/PT on BET and CBS, and stream on Paramount+.

Queen Latifah returns as host of this year’s ceremony. Last year, she become the first solo female host since Diana Ross helmed the ceremony in 2000.

Non-televised categories have been announced throughout the week via livestream on naacpimageawards.net and at the NAACP Image Awards dinner scheduled for Friday, March 15. The dinner will be hosted by Friday Night Live’s Nina Parker and Kevin Fredericks, aka KevOnStage.

The 2024 NAACP Awards will broadcast live at 8 p.m. ET/PT and 7 p.m. CT. The show will air on BET and CBS and simulcast on BET HER, VH1, CMT, Comedy Central, MTV, MTV2, Paramount Network, Logo, Pop TV, Smithsonian Channel and TV Land.

The Color Purple, American Fiction, They Cloned Tyrone, Origin and Rustin are among the film’s nominated.

Presenters include Keke Palmer, who’s also nominated for entertainer of the year, Kerry Washington, Taraji P. Henson, Erika Alexander, Delroy Lindo, Deon Cole, Leslie Jones, Lil Rel Howery, Kenya Barris, Morris Chestnut, Sterling K. Brown, Ryan Michelle Bath and Sabrina Elba.
