Soulja Boy sues YouTuber Tasha K for alleging he had “intimate moment” with a man
Soulja Boy has filed a lawsuit against YouTuber Tasha K reality TV star William the Baddest, who claimed an “alleged intimate moment” happenied between the Atlanta rapper and a man.
In a since-deleted podcast episode of UNWINEWITHTASHAK, filmed in May 2024, Latasha “Tasha K” Kebe interviewed William the Baddest who claimed to have had a brief physical relationship with Soulja Boy.
These claims were swiftly denied by the rapper on social media and the lawsuit was filed against both Kebe and William the Baddest on Tuesday, July 16 in Los Angeles. The ‘Crank That’ rapper is seeking $16million in damages from the defendants, according to TMZ.
Tasha K responded to Soulja Boy’s lawsuit by inviting process servers to hand-deliver legal documents to her upcoming live shows in New York and Boston. She wrote in an Instagram post: “PSA. Process Servers can meet me in BOSTON on Saturday July 20 or in New York City on July 21st! I will be performing at The City Wineries.”
The interview between Tasha K and William the Baddest was taken down from YouTube after Soulja Boy’s lawyers sent a cease-and-desist letter to the YouTuber.
In the lawsuit, Soulja Boy’s lawyers said the claim brought the rapper “embarrassment and disgrace that can cause fans to abandon and withdraw from supporting him.”
Tasha K has previously been sued by Cardi B and Kevin Hart. Cardi B won a libel case against the content creator in 2022, and Tasha K was found liable for defamation, invasion of privacy and causing emotional distress.
Meanwhile, in December 2023, Kevin Hart also sued Kebe for extortion over a “defamatory” interview with an ex-assistant of the comedian. A month later Hart’s efforts to have that video removed from the internet was dismissed.
Earlier this year Soulja Boy shared his interest in purchasing TikTok after US Congress passed a bill that could lead to the app’s potential ban in the States.
The rapper took to X/Twitter to show his frustration around the decision. He wrote: “I can’t believe y’all just gon let them ban TikTok like that. And y’all think it’s funny. If they do it to this app, they can do it to any app or site. Not cool [for real], y’all will see later.”
After a run of tweets where he explained he believes TikTok is the most important app for the music industry right now, he concluded by directly tweeting TikTok, asking them “How much y’all want for [it]? I’ll buy it.”
How much yall want for TikTok? I’ll buy it. @tiktok_us

Also on Twitter, this month he reacted to the shooting at Donald Trump rally by posting “Ain’t no way they just shot at trump” with a mind-blown emoji.
