After ‘Black Myth: Wukong’, another game has now been delayed indefinitely for Xbox
Enotria: The Last Song has revealed via its Twitter account that it would be indefinitely delayed on Xbox, alleging Microsoft has taken months to reply.
In a blog post, developer Jyamma Games wrote: “Unfortunately, at this time, we have to announce an indefinite delay of the Xbox version. We understand how disappointing this news is to the Xbox community. Unfortunately, despite our best efforts and the hard work of our dedicated team, we’ve encountered challenges that have delayed our release on the Xbox platform.”
Under a tweet linking to the blog post, more context was given. “We believe that Xbox is blessed with a huge gaming community and we would love to release Enotria on your platform as fast as possible, as we spent a lot of money and resources to make it happen, but this task is nearly impossible with Microsoft taking months to reply to us when we have the game ready for submission.”

Enotria is an upcoming Soulslike due to release on PC and PS5 September 19, 2025. It’s set in a world inspired by Italian folklore, and you can wear role-altering masks while you face off against the game’s bosses.
This is another in a growing list of games that has seen delays and issues with Xbox. Black Myth: Wukong, a huge success on PC and PlayStation, doesn’t have an Xbox version yet. Microsoft implied this was due to an exclusivity agreement between Sony and Wukong developer Game Science, but normally brands advertise when a game is exclusive, as the exclusivity is part of the appeal.
Baldur’s Gate 3 was delayed on Xbox due to Microsoft’s requirement for feature parity between the Series X and less powerful Series S, so a similar issue could have befallen Black Myth: Wukong and Enotria: The Last Song.
In other news, Black Ops 6 beta players are using the hostage mode to sing to players, among other things.
