Teddy Swims has shared details of a new US tour which arrives in celebration of his new album, ‘I’ve Tried Everything But Therapy (Part 2)’. Find ticket details below.

As the title suggests, the upcoming record is the second part of his breakthrough debut album, which arrived last September via Warner, and contained hits including ‘Lose Control’ and ‘The Door’. It is set to arrive on January 24, and you can pre-order it here.

Now, alongside news of the album, the artist – real name Jaten Dimsdale – has shared details of accompanying US tour dates, set to run across 2025.

In total, 42 new shows have been announced for North America, kicking off with an opening night at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, Florida on May 5.

From there, Swims will play another show in Florida the following night (May 10), followed by slots in Alabama, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Michigan, New York and more throughout the month.

Gigs in June include shows in Washington D.C., Indiana, Minnesota, Illinois and more, before the singer-songwriter heads back to the UK at the end of the month for an already-announced slot at the Isle Of Wight Festival in Newport on June 22.

US tour dates commence at the end of the following month with a slot in San Diego planned for July 31, before the tour wraps up with a final run of dates across the entirety of August and first half of September. These include shows in Texas, Louisiana, Tennessee, Colorado, Washington, California and more.

As well as announcing the US dates and gearing up to release the second part of his debut LP in January, Teddy Swims is also preparing to embark on a UK and European arena tour earlier in 2025.

He’ll be bringing his ‘I’ve Tried Everything But Therapy’ tour back across the Atlantic for an opening night in Dǔsseldorf, Germany on February 11. From there, he’ll take on dates in cities including Oslo, Berlin, Paris and London, before finishing in Dublin, Ireland, on March 12. Visit here for remaining tickets to UK shows.

2024 has been a big year for the breakout star, as well as achieving another Top 40 hit with his single ‘Bad Dreams’ last month, he also performed a cover of Rihanna’s 2013 single ‘Stay’ at the MTV VMAs. At the ceremony, he was nominated for four awards: Best New Artist, Song of the Year, Best Alternative, and PUSH Performance of the Year.

Before then, he played a handful of shows in the UK and Europe over this spring and summer – including a set at Reading Festival and a surprise acoustic performance at Reading train station.

Also this year, Swims released the single ‘Funeral’ from the Bose x NME C24 mixtape, the latest in the iconic C-Series mixtape series.

After his performance on the BBC Radio 1 Stage at Reading 2024, Swims spoke to NME about his experience at the festival, saying: “This crowd is so beautiful. As far as I’ve been hearing, there’s a lot of kids get their exam things, and they come out here. You can see it – kids having their first liberating moments and stuff. It was a really beautiful thing to be a part of.”

He also discussed his rise to fame and the success of ‘Lose Control,” explaining: “The thing was, after we got it done, we knew it was going to change my life. I didn’t know it was going to change it like this. I didn’t know it was going to be this, but I knew it was going to work. But I think it was the first time that I felt honest.”
