Liam Gallagher teases Oasis South American dates coming “very soon”
Liam Gallagher has teased that Oasis are about to announce the South American leg of their huge reunion world tour.
The Britpop band are due to hit the road next summer for their first live shows together in 16 years. Dubbed Oasis Live ’25, the trek will kick off in the UK and Ireland before visiting the US, Canada, Mexico and Australia.
This morning (October 31), a fan on X/Twitter asked Liam when he and Noel would be “announcing Brazil/Argentina dates”, adding: “The people are waiting.” LG responded by teasing: “Very soon.”
Last night (October 30), someone tweeted the frontman: “Liam tomorrow is the announcement of the shows in Argentina?” He replied: “I hope so”. Check out the interactions below.

In a report last month, NME exclusively revealed that Oasis would play in Sydney and Melbourne as part of their Australian stint. The article also listed yet-to-be-announced stops in other international territories such as Chile, Argentina, Brazil, South Korea and Japan.
Liam and Noel’s UK and Ireland tour includes seven nights at Wembley Stadium in London and five shows at Manchester’s Heaton Park. Support on this leg will come from Richard Ashcroft and Cast.
Speaking to NME in a new interview, Cast frontman John Power explained: “It’s a stamp of approval from our peers, and I appreciate that massively.”
He added: “Liam, Noel, the band, know that it’s going to be a very positive vibe. There’s no room for negativity, and I already know that for everybody involved. It’s going to be a beautiful thing. All the bands are going to be rolling on seamlessly and it’s going to be electric.”
As for Oasis’ other plans, the group have ruled out a headline performance at Glastonbury 2025 and said they would not be appearing at any other festivals next year. Liam and Noel have shot down rumours of a return to Knebworth in 2026 too.
Liam has said he and Noel have no plans to do any joint interviews around their comeback. “We’re scared of the media asking us intrusive questions and trying to pick holes in our relationship,” he reasoned.
In other news, Oasis look set to cancel thousands of tickets for their UK tour that have been sold via resale websites at inflated prices.
Fans are currently speculating over who will be in the reformed Oasis line-up alongside Liam and Noel, with original guitarist Paul ‘Bonehead’ Arthurs reportedly on board for the tour dates.
Other rumoured members include guitarist Gem Archer and bassist Andy Bell. Drummer Alan White also sparked speculation on social media this summer, but NME is led to believe that he will not be part of the reunion. Liam has since teased that the band could feature “a few new faces”.
