As reported by Forbes, Musk shared a photo of a disconnected screen from Path of Exile 2. The reason given within the photo was “You have been kicked for performing too many actions too fast.”
Musk wrote, “Wasn’t even using a macro lol.” One user replied “hey give us like 10+ active skills and don’t expect us to hit the buttons?!” To which Musk replied, “Seriously… And the penalty for too many clicks/sec is you get executed immediately! I think this will get patched.”

Path of Exile 2 is an RPG where players can team up together in groups of up to six people. The game launched December 6 and like its predecessor is known for its wide-variety of unlockable skills. The game has a top-down perspective and six classes for players to choose from.
Musk recently made headlines for claiming to be one of the best Diablo 4 players in the world. This is a similar style of game to Path of Exile 2. He did stream the game on X (formerly Twitter) to show off the platform’s streaming capabilities last year.
Some find his apparent prowess hard to believe after remembering his Elden Ring build. “I’m so glad we’re all talking about Elden Ring again because i’d nearly forgotten that Elon Musk put 100s of hours into it only to craft what i am convinced can be mathematically proven to be the worst build of all time,” one disgruntled fan wrote.
Musk recently set up an AI video game company named xAI that he claimed would “make games great again!”
