Netflix announces premiere date for ‘Single’s Inferno’ season four

single's inferno season four teaser premiere date

Netflix has announced the premiere date for the highly anticipated fourth season of Single’s Inferno with the release of a new trailer.

On December 17, Netflix released the first look at season four of its popular Korean reality dating series, Single’s Inferno. The teaser comes almost a year after Netflix confirmed that it had renewed the show for a fourth season.

The clip begins with a narration that says: “Love is a cruel game of survival”. It then cuts to footage of contestants engaged in intense sports competitions. The teaser does not reveal the contestants’ identities, but includes glimpses into flirtatious moments and romantic tension on the new season.

Single’s Inferno season four will premiere January 14, 2025, exclusively on Netflix. The series follows a group of hopeful singles as they live together on a remote island called Inferno, where they can escape to Paradise but only if they manage to link up with a partner.

“We will continue to do our best and make sure season four is even more entertaining for you by paying closer attention to the fans’ feedback on season four, both positive and negative,” co-producer Kim Jae-won told fans during the season’s renewal announcement in January this year.

Previously, co-producers Kim Jae-won and Kim Jung-hyun teased in an interview that a fourth season would “change drastically from the third season”. However, most details about the new season, including hosts, participants and mechanics, have yet to be revealed.

The duo have also spoken about the possibility of a Single’s Inferno spin-off, featuring contestants from different seasons of the show. “Just imagining [season two contestant] Dex and [season three contestant] Lee Gwan-hee appearing together is already interesting,” Kim Jae-won said.
