What is the plot of the new K-drama Unmasked?
Disney+’s new K-drama Unmasked follows Trigger, a team of top-notch investigative journalists responsible for breaking some of the most contentious stories in the nation. After broadcasting an especially controversial story, the team finds their careers in hot water.
In order to save their jobs, they must uncover the identity of an insider who has been leaking information about the team members, as well as solve a 20-year-old cold case involving the disappearance of a famous actor.
Who is in the cast of the upcoming Disney+ series?
Unmasked will be led by Kim Hye-soo, who is best known for starring in Netflix’s Juvenile Justice. Kim will play Oh So-ryong, the tenacious presenter who leads the Trigger team.
Also starring in the series are Jung Sung-il (The Glory) as rookie producer Han Do and Extraordinary Attorney Woo’s Joo Jong-hyuk as Kang Gi-ho, a contractor.
