How to watch the Super Bowl 2025 in the UK

Along with being the culmination of the NFL season, the Super Bowl is known internationally as a musical spectacle.

The Super Bowl 59 will see defending champions the Kansas City Chiefs face off against the Philadelphia Eagles at the Caesars Superdome in New Orleans on Sunday, February 9.

The Kansas City Chiefs have won the Super Bowl for the past two years, after beating the Philadelphia Eagles in 2023 and the San Francisco 49ers in 2024. As such, if the Chiefs win on Sunday, they will become the first team in history to land three consecutive titles.

Where can I watch the Super Bowl 2025 in the UK?

The Super Bowl will air on ITV and ITVX in the UK on Sunday, February 9. Coverage begins from 10.45pm, with kick-off scheduled for 11.30pm GMT.

The match will also be available on Sky Sports NFL, with coverage starting at 10pm GMT.

When does the halftime show start and who is performing?

The halftime show is expected to start at 1am GMT on Monday, February 10, although it could be delayed. The match, overall, is expected to finish around 3am GMT.

Kendrick Lamar is set to headline the halftime show, and will be joined by special guest SZA. Both artists are going on tour together later this year and have collaborated on tracks in the past, including several songs on Lamar’s latest album ‘GNX’.

These aren’t the only artists performing at the Super Bowl. Jon Batiste is set to perform the US national anthem, while singer-songwriter Ledisi will perform ‘Lift Every Voice And Sing’. Christian music singer Lauren Daigle and jazz musician Troy Andrews, best known as Trombone Shorty, will also perform ‘America The Beautiful’.

Post Malone is set to headline the Super Bowl 59 tailgate concert, which takes place prior to the match at 9pm GMT on Sunday, February 9. You can stream the concert on the NFL YouTube channel.
