Watch Haim cover Fleetwood Mac with Emma Stone at SNL50 afterparty
Haim performed a cover of Fleetwood Mac‘s ‘Dreams’ with Emma Stone at Saturday Night Live’s SNL50 afterparty.
In fan-captured footage, the band – consisting of Haim sisters Este, Danielle and Alana – can be seen on stage performing the iconic track, with Stone joining them.
This isn’t the first time Haim and Emma Stone have joined forces. Back in 2019, they re-created an iconic Spice Girls music video – all to help raise money for a number of charities.
In the video, Haim and Stone follow the original dance moves, breaking it up to give details of the charities and how fans can donate and enter the competition.
However, at the SNL50 afterparty the group and actor are instead on a small stage and in front of an intimate crowd. Check out some fan-captured footage below.

Elsewhere at Saturday Night Live’s SNL50 celebration, Ryan Reynolds alluded to the ongoing legal feud between his wife Blake Lively and film-maker Justin Baldoni. Aubrey Plaza made her first public appearance since the death of her husband, and Paul Simon was joined by Sabrina Carpenter for a rendition of ‘Homeward Bound’.
In other Haim-related news, the trio recently appeared to be teasing their long awaited comeback and a new single.
In an Instagram post with images of Danielle Haim celebrating her 36th birthday party in New York last week (February 13), the caption read: “(ha)i’m single.. haim single?”
While the caption initially seems to suggest that she is currently single, the band later posted an Instagram story, in which all three members can be seen dancing to M83‘s hit single ‘Midnight City’ with a voiceover saying: “We are back baby, we are fucking back,” further suggesting that their comeback is on the cards.
The band also reflected on 10 years of ‘Days Are Gone’ with NME, sharing that the record “completely changed our lives”.
When asked about their future plans at the time, the trio also shared that they had “been working with some cool people”. “We played Jai Paul earlier; we might’ve been in the studio with him,” they teased. The band added that they “may or may not have been in the studio with him” and “cannot confirm or deny”.
Their last album ‘Women In Music Pt. III’, released in 2020, was given five stars by NME was described as an “experimental and emotionally charged album” and “their best yet”.
