Watch Courtney Love cover Bob Dylan’s ‘Like A Rolling Stone’
Courtney Love has performed a cover of Bob Dylan‘s ‘Like A Rolling Stone’ live in London – check it out below.
On Tuesday (March 4), Courtney Love was present at London’s Royal Geographical Society where she had an on-stage conversation with actor-writer Todd Almond, who was celebrating the release of his new oral history collection, Slow Train Coming: Bob Dylan’s ‘Girl From the North Country’ and Broadway’s Rebirth.
Following their conversation, Love hopped out of her chair as they were joined by a musician on acoustic guitar. Love then launched into a cover of Bob Dylan’s ‘Like A Rolling Stone’, with Todd Almond providing support on backing vocals.
Check out the cover below.
Per a Rolling Stone report, Love at the event also addressed of a Hole reunion, once again denying that the band are getting back together. She had in the past denied reunion rumours several times in recent years despite in February 2024 telling a live audience that the band will get back together “later”.
The cover comes nearly 60 years after Dylan famously performed ‘Like A Rolling Stone’ at the Royal Albert Hall right next door to the Royal Geographical Society.

Dylan was recently reported to have been invited to perform and present at the 2025 Oscars but turned down the offer. His recent biopic A Complete Unknown received eight nominations at the awards ceremony but failed to win a single award.
In NME‘s four-star review of A Complete Unknown, Alex Flood wrote: “If you’re a Bob newbie, you’ll leave the cinema ready to dive into his back catalogue. If you’re already a fan, the next few weeks will be spent making playlists of lesser-known B-sides or reading the lore around a scene you weren’t familiar with. And that’s why it was a good idea to make this film – a mad idea, but a good one.”
