Flow Festival has added more names to its 2025 line-up, including Little Simz and FKA Twigs. Check out the details below.

Set to run for three days between August 8 and 10, the festival will return to Helsinki this summer and take place at the historic Suvilahti power plant area.

The first wave of artists joining the line-up was announced back in December, when it was confirmed that Charli XCX, Fontaines D.C., Khruangbin, Beth Gibbons and more had joined the bill. Now, organisers have shared a second list of names joining the line-up, including FKA Twigs, who recently shared her captivating new album ‘EUSEXUA’. The album was given a glowing five-star review from NME when it was released earlier this year, and was preceded by the title track, which made its way onto the NME list of the Best Songs Of 2024.

Also joining the bill in the latest announcement is British star Little Simz, who has recently hit a new milestone by being named the curator for London’s 2025 Meltdown at Southbank Centre, and has new music on the way. After teasing upcoming material in recent months, the artist dropped the single ‘Flood’ last month and confirmed a new album called ‘Lotus’ is set to arrive on May 9.

British rave pioneers Underworld have been added to the 2025 edition too, and are expected to deliver an “uncompromising live show to Flow in 2025, pulling upon a jaw-dropping career that has defined and led the way for an entire era of culture that has gone global”.

Former NME Cover star Lola Young is joining the bill as well, following her hit viral track ‘Messy’ earning her a slot performing at the BRITs, and her debut album ‘This Wasn’t Meant For You Anyway’ making its way onto NME’s list of 2024’s Best Debut Albums.

Other new names include, Yung Lean & Bladee, iconic French electro group Air – who will be playing tracks from their iconic 1998 debut album ‘Moon Safari’ – Amaarae, Sam Quealy and Snow Strippers. Local talent includes Turisti, Ege Zulu, Ruusut, Mirella, Litku, Klemetti, Lyttä & Tohtori Getto, Uusi Fantasia, Jore & Zpoppa, Olga, Senya and Aaro630.

The 2024 edition of Flow Festival saw huge sets from Pulp, PJ Harvey, The Smile and Fred Again.., as well as performances from Jessie Ware, Denzel Curry, Overmono and Body & Soul. The festival was founded in 2004 as an intimate club event with 4000 attendees, but the 2024 anniversary edition was estimated to draw in over 90,000 guests.
