ENHYPEN release new English single, ‘Loose’
Former NME The Cover stars ENHYPEN have released a new English single titled ‘Loose’ today (April 4).
ENHYPEN’s new song ‘Loose’ has been described by their label Belift Lab as a “seductive track with a cutting-edge pop sound”. Its official lyric video features a portable CD player on someone’s lap, with a CD loaded in and lyrics appearing on its analogue screen.
“Loose / I’ve been waiting to get next to you / I can tell how bad you want it too, ooh / All this tension, baby, let your body loose,” ENHYPEN sing on the English song’s chorus.
‘Loose’ marks ENHYPEN’s first music release of 2025. It comes shortly after November 2024’s ‘Romance: Untold – Daydream’, which was a repackaged version of their second full-length album ‘Romance: Untold’. That original record was released in July and featured lead single ‘XO (Only If You Say Yes)’.
In a four-star review of ‘Romance: Untold’, NME’s Tanu I. Raj wrote that the lead single “encapsulates the feeling of cute, puppy love in all its glory, backed up by looping synths and chopped vocals”.
Prior to that, their last releases were their ‘Memorabilia’ special album in May for Dark Moon, an original webcomic and novel based on the group’s members, and their November 2023 mini-album ‘Orange Blood’.
