Here’s what ‘Schedule 1’ developer has said about a PS5 and Xbox console release
Schedule 1 has become the latest smash sensation on Steam with more than 125,000 reviews, a host of content creators playing the game and clipping hilarious moments, and an overwhelmingly positive reception. The game has become so big that players are even wondering if it will come to PS5 and Xbox Series X|S.
Well, the developer TVGS, or Tyler, has given console fans some hope. Although the game is still in early access right now.
On Twitter/X, Tyler responded to calls for a console port after knockoff versions of the game started appearing on the PlayStation and Xbox stores.
“As you may be aware, there have been some games on the PlayStation store appearing over the past few weeks with the name ‘Schedule I’ in them. Just confirming these are not affiliated with me in any way.
I’d love to port Schedule I to console when the game is at the right stage for that, but I will announce it to the Schedule I community well before it happens”.
Therefore, Schedule 1 is likely to come to consoles once it is in a 1.0 state, but it will take a long time before it reaches that point. You should expect the game to sit in Early Access for at least six months to a year, potentially longer.

Of course, plans can always change, and Tyler may end up releasing a console early access release. However, with the small team, it is unlikely. The PC release will likely finish up its development before Schedule 1 hits consoles. Either way, the game is fairly easy to run and not that demanding on hardware, so it may work on your PC or gaming laptop.
Schedule 1 is currently available now on Steam in Early Access.
