Central Cee shares ‘No Introduction’ video and joins line-up for Skepta’s Big Smoke festival 2025

Central Cee and Skepta

Central Cee has shared the music video for ‘No Introduction’, and joined the line-up for the 2025 edition of Skepta‘s Big Smoke festival. Find out more below.

The new music video comes on the heels of the UK rap icon sharing his long-awaited debut album ‘Can’t Rush Greatness‘ at the start of the year, and kicking off his tour of the UK and Europe earlier this month in celebration of the LP.

For the new visual accompaniment for the album opener, the West London rapper combines an assortment of footage from him at the recent run of live shows. This includes clips of him performing in front of thousands, backstage at the venues and clips of the various cities he has recently visited.

Alongside the new music video, news has also been shared today (April 29) that Central Cee has joined the bill for the upcoming 2025 edition of Skepta’s own festival, Big Smoke.

The two-day event is set to run between Saturday August 9 and Sunday August 10, and will return to the usual site of Crystal Palace Park in London. Central Cee will be performing on the first day of the festival, and joins others on the bill including rising star Chy Cartier, grime veteran Chip— who is set to drop a new album this month — B2B from JME and Frisco, two icons of the UK independent scene who will be performing back-to-back.

The Saturday instalment will be headlined by Skepta himself, and Sunday will see him return to the stage under his Más Tiempo label for a full day of dance, this time behind the decks. The full line-up for that will be shared at a later date.

“Cench is undeniably dominating the UK rap game at the moment,” said Skepta about Central Cee joining the 2025 bill. “It’s both an honour and privilege to add him to Big Smoke’s line-up.” Visit here for tickets.

In January, NME gave the rapper’s debut album a four-star review and described it as seeing him take a “deeper” approach to songwriting.

“Central Cee could easily remain hidden behind his signature mystique, but instead tells the story of a boy turned man all while on the world’s stage,” it read. “No smoke and mirrors, the album is authentically Cench every step of the way.”
