Deep Tropics Music Festival Partners With Virgin Hotels To Bring Sustainable Music Experiences To Nashville
Deep Tropics has been making waves in the festival landscape these past 5 years with their genre bending lineups along with novel sustainable initiaves that have helped them to become the most sustainable festival in country.
Today, they’ve announced a new partnership with one of the the greenest hotels in Nashville, the luxurious Virgin Hotels, with the aim to bring sustainable music experiences in the time leading up to the festival in August.
As the official home for Deep Tropics artists, crew, and attendees during the festival weekend, Virgin Hotels Nashville will serve as the epicenter of excitement and sustainability. The partnership kicks off with the highly anticipated Tropical Traveler PLUS Welcoming party on Friday, August 18, from 12-3 PM, hosted in the exclusive speakeasy of the hotel, The Late Great. This special event will offer festival patrons the opportunity to collect their credentials, enjoy an exclusive DJ set, and soak up the vibrant atmosphere before the festival gates open at 3 PM.
In addition to the festival weekend, Deep Tropics will host two lead-in ‘Waveclub’ parties at the hotel’s rooftop, The Pool Club. These pre-festival celebrations, taking place on July 1 and July 29 from 4 PM to 10 PM, will feature a reusable cup and zero-waste program, incorporating recycling and composting initiatives. By adopting these sustainable practices, Deep Tropics and Virgin Hotels Nashville aim to minimize their environmental impact and inspire a greener lifestyle among attendees.
