ADOR CEO Min Hee-jin takes pictures with fans in Japan amid HYBE feud
Min Hee-jin, the CEO of K-pop agency ADOR, which is home to girl group NewJeans, was recently spotted taking photos with fans in Tokyo.
On June 26, several fans spotted the ADOR CEO Min Hee-jin out in Shibuya, Tokyo and began taking pictures with her. One fan later uploaded a clip of Min posing for photos with several fans while a small crowd gathered around her.
The clip has since garnered over a million views on X (formerly Twitter), with many users commenting on Min’s growing popularity amid her ongoing feud with ADOR’s parent company HYBE and founder Bang Si-hyuk. This comes just two months after a sweater worn by Min at her first press conference over the ADOR-HYBE feud sold out less than a day later.
Min and NewJeans are currently in Tokyo for the girl group’s first-ever headlining concerts in Japan. Titled ‘Bunnies Camp’, the two-night fan concert takes place on June 26 and 27 at the iconic Tokyo Dome. The shows will also feature appearances by YOASOBI and Rina Sawayama.

The dispute between the label and conglomerate was made public in April after an audit team of HYBE launched an investigation into Min over her alleged plans to take over ownership of ADOR. The CEO later hit back at the company, accusing its executives of “undermining” NewJeans’ success.
In May, a Seoul court granted Min an injunction to stop HYBE from exercising its voting rights to dismiss her from her current role as CEO. She later held a press conference sharing that NewJeans’ upcoming activities had been “all thrown up in the air” as a result of the feud.
Last week, NewJeans made their Japanese debut with their single album ‘Supernatural’, which includes the title track and B-side ‘Right Now’.
