Pokemon TCG Pocket Secret Missions: Charizard and Mewtwo can be seen in the battle art for the game.

Pokémon TCG Pocket has a number of missions you can complete both when you begin your collecting career and as you continue to fill out your collection of cards. But there are actually some secret missions that have been found that are much harder than the rest and will require a lot of time to complete them.

The first secret mission The Gym Leader of the Kanto Region, which requires all full art Trainer cards. These are some of the rarest cards in the game, with just a 0.055% chance in Mewtwo packs or 0.050% chance in Charizard or Pikachu packs of getting them, so it will take a while to get them all.

Mewtwo packs have Giovanni and Koga, while Pikachu packs have Misty, Brock, and Lt. Surge. Charizard packs have Erika, Sabrina, and Blaine.
