Visit Apple’s website today (March 27) and you’ll find a new product in their Mac range – the Lumon Terminal Pro.
Designed to look exactly like the computers that characters Mark (Adam Scott), Helly (Britt Lower) and Dylan (Zach Cherry) use in the Apple TV+ drama, it features with a black rollerball wheel, clacky blue keyboard and retro-style monitor, complete with a ‘Praise Kier’ message on screen.

The Lumon Terminal Pro is not available for purchase – but the product page does have a link to a brand new ‘Behind the Mac’ featurette video, which demonstrates how director Ben Stiller and lead editor Geoffrey Richman edited the second season entirely on MacBooks.
The (spoiler-filled) video provides fascinating insight into how Severance’s acclaimed season two finale was cut together, including Mr Milchick’s (Tramell Tillman) Choreography & Merriment marching band (which Tillman recreated just a few days after), Mark breaking Gemma (Dichen Lachman) free, and his final decision to run away with Helly R.
Severance’s emotional, eventful season two finale aired on Friday March 21, with fans calling it a “masterpiece”. The ending gave viewers the reunion between Mark and Gemma that they’d been waiting for all season, but also raised questions about where the show could go next.
Unsurprisingly, given the show’s success, Apple CEO Tim Cook took to X shortly after the finale dropped to announce that it had been renewed for a season three.
When asked recently whether fans would need to wait another three years for more episodes, as was the case between seasons one and two, the series’ director and producer Ben Stiller promised that would not be the case.
Season two landed a five-star review from NME, with James Mottram writing: “As things get all the more intriguing by the minute, Severance is a show best watched on high alert. Enjoy the ride and let this unique show tease and titillate your brain until you finally submit.”
