The complete Astro Bot soundtrack is now available to stream, featuring over 100 songs from the game.

Astro Bot was released at the beginning of September and now the celebrated soundtrack is available to stream. Featuring 87 tracks from the new game, as well as a number of choice cuts from 2018’s Astro Bot Rescue Mission and 2020’s Astro’s Playroom, the entire thing clocks in at well over four hours.

A majority of the Astro Bot soundtrack was created by composer Kenny CM Young, with additional songs and remixes created by the likes of Hirofumi Sasaki, Tadashi Yatabe, Kemmei Adachi, and Sachiko Miyano.

Astro Bot guides players through PlayStation’s extensive history and features appearances from a number of iconic gaming characters. The soundtrack reflects this, with nods to legendary scores or tongue-in-cheek easter eggs. Check out the whole thing below.

When Astro Bot launched on September 6, it was swiftly praised as “one of the finest platform games ever made” and later this year, its first expansion will be released.

The free update will feature five new speedrunning levels and “10 new Special Bots for you to rescue. These are obtained by beating cheeky birds racing against Astro,” said Sony in a dedicated blog.

“Time to sharpen those jumping skills and shave milli-seconds at every turn. We’re super happy to welcome the Helldivers squad who will bring super democracy to the crash site as well as Eve from slick and delightful PS5 hit Stellar Blade.” But fans will have to wait to discover who the other special bots are, and which iconic franchise they’ve been borrowed from. A release date for the update has yet to be announced.

In other news, a team of Fallout: New Vegas fans have unveiled the trailer for their player-made Nuevo México mod. The project has been compared to Fallout: London and will take place five years after the events of the original Fallout game.
