BLACKPINK singer Rosé has joined Atlantic Records’ roster for her upcoming solo releases.

Earlier today (September 27), BLACKPINK’s Rosé shared on Instagram that she has signed a global deal with Atlantic Records. The label’s roster currently includes acts like Bruno Mars, Charli XCX and Ed Sheeran.

“I know you’ve all waited sooo long for this moment, but i hope you’re READY for what’s in store for the next few months!! i CANNOTTT wait for you all to hear everything!! so hang on tight!!miss you all dearly,” the Korean-Australian singer wrote.

Rosé also announced the launch of her new “finsta” account @vampirehollie, where she and her team will share updates on her upcoming solo music. Notably, yhe account handle shares a name with an upcoming song she teased to fans back in February.

In June, the K-pop star shared that she had signed with The Black Label for her solo activities. This came six months after all four members of BLACKPINK decided not to renew their individual contracts with YG Entertainment in late 2023.

At the time, Rosé said that she personally “didn’t want to speak or announce anything before I had everything aligned for my music to be out,” but shared that she had been “in and out of the studio almost every single day” in preparation of her upcoming solo record.

The singer’s upcoming release will be her first solo music since her debut single album ‘R’ in 2021, which included the songs ‘On The Ground’ and ‘Gone’. She also sang the solo B-side ‘Hard To Love’ on BLACKPINK’s 2022 studio album ‘Born Pink’.

The news comes just weeks after fellow BLACKPINK member Jennie announced her own solo deal with Columbia Records, a subsidiary of Sony Music Entertainment. Meanwhile, bandmate Lisa launched her partnership with RCA Records back in April, under which she has released two singles – ‘Rockstar’ and ‘New Woman’ featuring Rosalía.

Last week, YG Entertainment shared plans for BLACKPINK to make a comeback with a new album in 2025, which will be accompanied by a world tour. It will be their first music as a group since ‘Born Pink’.
