Blink-182’s Mark Hoppus announces 2025 US tour for new memoir ‘Fahrenheit-182′
Mark Hoppus of Blink-182 has announced details of a US tour for his new memoir Fahrenheit-182. Find the details below.
It comes after he dropped news of the upcoming book back last September, and explained that it was set to explore his time with Blink-182 – including their formation and break-up – as well as his struggles with anxiety, suicide ideation, and his cancer diagnosis.
“This shit gets dark,” he said in a promotional video at the time, also adding in a separate interview that the project as “a combo of music memoir meets medical journey”.
Now, Hoppus will be embarking on a new tour to celebrate the book and talking about it in further depth with fans across the US this spring. Seven shows have been added, kicking off with an opening night at the Brooklyn Paramount venue in New York on April 9.
The tour continues the following night with a stop at the Somerville Theatre in Massachusetts, followed by further nights in Washington, Philadelphia, Chicago and El Cajon throughout the month. Dates wrap up with a stop at The Wiltern in Los Angeles on April 20.
Fans can find tickets here, and get a copy of the book with the purchase. The book is set to arrive on April 8, and you can check out a list of new dates below.
Mark Hoppus’ Fahrenheit-182 US book tour dates are:

The discussion around his health issues came as, in July 2021, Hoppus shared that he had been diagnosed with 4-A diffuse large B-cell lymphoma – the same type of cancer his mother had (and eventually recovered from).
He then told fans in September 2021 that he was cancer-free, and went on to recall the struggles he faced with getting back into music following chemotherapy treatment.
In other news around Blink-182, the band recently headlined the 2024 edition of Reading Festival. The slot earned them a four-star review by NME, which read: “This set marks a long-awaited return for the pop-punk pioneers, and as far as Blink-182 shows go, it is adamantly clear that the members have no intention of letting go of the charm that helped get them to headliner status in the first place.
“Yet, given what they’ve overcome in recent years, their dynamic in 2024 feels more nuanced than ever, and the effortless showmanship on display pushes them beyond the realm of nostalgia into something that will stand the test of time.”
More recently, Hoppus confirmed that he would be sending Banksy’s iconic ‘Crude Oil (Vettriano)’ artwork that he owns off to auction, with an estimated price tag of £3-5million. The rare, entirely hand-painted piece will go under the hammer at Sotheby’s Modern & Contemporary Evening Auction in London on Tuesday March 4.
