‘Call Of Duty: Black Ops 6’ battle pass release date, details, price, more
Call Of Duty: Black Ops 6 is finally here, and players are already racing up the ranks and hitting high prestiges in a bid to unlock new weapons, camos and cosmetic items through the battle pass. However, Call Of Duty: Black Ops 6‘s battle pass isn’t live yet.
In this guide, we will cover everything you need to know about what you can expect from battle pass, when it will launch and how much it will cost.
Call Of Duty: Black Ops 6 battle pass release date
The Black Ops 6 battle pass will release alongside Season 1 of the game, which begins on November 14, 2024. This date was previously leaked as a part of the Little Caesars promotion in the US, ahead of an official announcement from the Call of Duty channels.
Once the season launches, the battle pass section of the menu will appear, and you will be able to unlock your rewards and items, similarly to other games in the series.
How much will the Call Of Duty: Black Ops 6 battle pass cost?
The Black Ops 6 battle pass should cost 1,100 COD Points, as with previous entries in the series. This equates to $9.99 or £8.39.
There is a chance this price might increase with this years game, but that isn’t confirmed for now. We’d also be surprised if this ends up happening as the battle pass is a smaller entry point to the game’s microtransactions, whereas the bundles and BlackCell are meant to be the expensive microtransactions.
What is in the ‘Call of Duty: Black Ops 6’ battle pass?
As with previous Call Of Duty games, the battle pass will have weapon blueprints, camos, stickers, charms, emblems, calling cards, operator skins, new weapons and more with each season’s pass. All of these items will be spread across both free and premium tiers.
The BlackCell enhanced battle pass will also be available once again, allowing you to earn even more rewards for £25.99/$29.99. This includes the price of the base Battle Pass.
This year’s battle pass is more like a traditional pass, compared to the map format we have seen in the last two games. There will be 14 different pages to complete, with several rewards to unlock in each of them (two free ones), alongside a HVT reward at the end of the page. This will require all the other unlocks on the page.
There will also be a regular page of instant unlocks and a BlackCell page of instant unlocks for those that purchase the battle pass and/or the BlackCell.
The extent of rewards in the Season 1 battle pass is as follows:
- More than 110 unlockable items (more than 130 with BlackCell)
- The Saug SMG
- The Krig C Assault Rifle
- Sev Operator, with four skins (2 regular, 2 BlackCell)
- 14 additional Operator skins across regular and BlackCell
- Weapon Blueprints
- Weapon charms, decals, and stickers
- Weapon reticles and attachments
- Finishing moves
- Emblems and calling cards
- Emotes, loading screens, and sprays
- Gobblegums
- Clan tags (BlackCell only)
- 2XP tokens
- COD Points
