"What I saw when that happened, was -- not a small town, a big a-- town -- come together," the country star told fans.
The incident went down during her performance at Las Vegas' Drai’s Beachclub on July 29.
"We are so sorry for the inconvenience, but our priority is to put on a show you all deserve," the band said in a statement.
“Touring is different at 34 than it was at 16,” the Paramore frontwoman wrote.
The Country Music Hall of Famer's distinctive voice and hit-filled set left a lasting impression at Nashville's Nissan Stadium on July 28.
The moment comes after a 36G bra was thrown at the rapper onstage earlier in his tour.
Wednesday night's (July 26) over-the-top spectacle at Great American Ballpark in Cincinnati also featured Brandi Carlile and Grouplove.
Styles topped off his last show on the tour with an extra encore and an emotional speech.
"She did it. I didn't," the country star said with a laugh.
