Hardy, Jazmine Sullivan, The Roots, AJR and GloRilla are also on the bill for the May fest.
Weyes Blood and Christine and the Queens are also on bill for festival in Denmark this summer.
Sheeran has sold more than 200,000 tickets across his two MCG shows.
