Meisner died Wednesday night due to complications from chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, according to a statement from the band.

The autopsy report says the complication that Presley experienced is a common complication from bariatric surgery, which is a weight loss procedure.
The artist, diagnosed with lung cancer in 2021, was honored last November with a Latin Grammy Lifetime Achievement Award.
"His lyrics were one of a kind and helped to shape the music created by the band," Procol Harum said in a statement.
“Liz Thiels elevated and enhanced the profile of country music in countless ways,” said Kyle Young, CEO of the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum.
The prolific drummer died in prison following his 1983 incarceration for killing his mother.
Dorian was scheduled to make his SXSW debut in March.
Investigators identified the bodies as those of Armani Kelly, 27; Montoya Givens, 31; and Dante Wicker, 31.
