The Feb. 1 show will benefit MusiCares and LA wildfire relief efforts.
Donations at the event will go to MusiCare's Los Angeles Fire Relief Effort supporting music professionals impacted by the blazes.
The company will redirect funds from the canceled events to support L.A. wildfire relief efforts and use its platform to help drive awareness of causes supporting those efforts.
The event will be held at the Fairmont Century Plaza in Los Angeles on January 30.
The Grammy Week event will take place at The Preserve LA in East Hollywood.
Melissa Etheridge, Grandmaster Flash and Fifth Harmony's Ally Brooke & Dinah Jane were also among the guests at the Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills.
