The promotions elevate several of the label's longtime top executives with new titles to reflect their stature within the company.
The Latin superstar will release music under her own label, Bichota Records, that will be distributed by Interscope, according to a source familiar with the deal.
Platt will have the opportunity to sign and develop talent for a new imprint.
