Happening Wednesday (Jan. 29), L.A. Gives Back: Fire Relief will feature producers playing live from the Bellwether in L.A., along with performances exclusive to the livestream.
"We know that even after every fire is extinguished the road to recovery will be very long," Grainge writes. "We will be there every step of the way."
Lucy Dacus, MUNA, Perfume Genius, and The Linda Lindas are also among the acts taking part on Feb. 5 at the Hollywood Palladium.
The reality stars joined more than 20 other property owners in the lawsuit, which claims a decision to "drain" a nearby reservoir left firefighters unable to stop the blaze's spread.
Donations at the event will go to MusiCare's Los Angeles Fire Relief Effort supporting music professionals impacted by the blazes.
The DJ set by the group will happen March 6 at the Hollywood Palladium.
The band has pledged $300K to help Angelenos in the wake of this month's deadly blazes.
