The singer paused the gigs in February due to an undisclosed ailment, with shows now slated for October and November.
"All of you that are complaining about Taylor being at the game, get a f---ing life," the singer during her Las Vegas residency.
"I'm incredibly proud of this show and grateful for all the support and love after opening weekend. See you soon."
The R&B legends will set up shop at the Mandalay Bay Resort at the House of Blues beginning in March.
The band will return to the Dolby Live theater for a 16-show run.
“Sing with us, for Shane McGowan,” Bono told fans at Las Vegas’ Sphere.
The British star previously said she was "literally borderline alcoholic" in her 20s.
“He’s probably the best comedic character of all time,” the British star said.
The Irish rockers will launch their Sin City residency on Sept. 29.
