The singer paused the gigs in February due to an undisclosed ailment, with shows now slated for October and November.
The gigs will run from June 19 through July 6.
"MGM and Bruno's partnership is longstanding and rooted in mutual respect," the hospitality company wrote in a statement.
The singer postponed all March dates of her residency.

The news comes after Tiesto dropped out of the gig earlier Thursday (Feb. 8) citing a "personal family emergency."
Maison Des Champs, 24, has done this kind of stunt before.
The latest residency at the eye-popping venue will consist of 18 shows from May 16 through June 22.
