The awards show will have an accent on comedy, with Dave Chappelle set to receive the President’s Award.
Usher, Victoria Monét and Chris Brown were the big winners at the 2024 show.
The ceremony took place at Los Angeles' Shrine Auditorium on March 16.
The R&B star has already won two 2024 awards in pre-telecast presentations. He's also nominated for entertainer of the year.
Taraji P. Henson, Keke Palmer and Leslie Jones are among the presenters.
Usher, H.E.R., Megan Thee Stallion, Kirk Franklin & Tems were among other winners across 13 music categories.
Usher is up for entertainer of the year, where he is competing with Colman Domingo, Fantasia Barrino, Halle Bailey and Keke Palmer.
"Black Panther: Wakanda Forever" won outstanding motion picture, just as the original "Black Panther" did four years ago.
