The census is set to go live in mid-February and will survey the greater Nashville region, which includes the 13 counties in and around Nashville.
This week's column also includes music from Madeline Merlo and Colby T. Helms.
The company, which works with artists including Machine Gun Kelly and Avril Lavigne, will build out its country presence in Music City.
The genre made impressive gains throughout the year, but still has room to grow.
"I strongly believe in the future of Nashville and feel this is a great investment," Parton said in a statement.
"This is the most disruptive technology that’s hit the creative industry, generally, in our lifetime. And it’s growing exponentially."
The untitled show will bow in July and feature music from contemporary and legendary country artists.
