After spending years scoring Billboard smashes for other artists, the R&B multi-hyphenate has arrived as a solo star.
The in-app channel One World Radio launches March 4 and will feature exclusive mixes, new releases and live sets.
The artist's claims against UMG remain active, and a hearing on a motion by UMG's lawyers to dismiss the petition is scheduled for this week.
Both radio companies cut costs and restructured debt in 2024, but revenue growth remains elusive.
"Music is moving faster than ever, [while] the charts are going slower than ever," said one exec at the recently concluded Country Radio Seminar in Nashville.
Clay Hunnicutt, Ginny Rogers Brophey, Gregg Swedberg and Big D & Bubba are among this year's inductees.
"Birth, marriage, death — it's precisely that," says songwriter Bobby Braddock.
Declines in subscriber and advertising revenue in 2024 reinforce the company's pivot away from streaming and towards a focus on core in-car listeners.
Board member Kelli Turner will serve as interim president/CEO, effective immediately.
