Braun will remain CEO of HYBE America. The management company he founded, SB Projects, will continue under Allison Kaye and Jennifer McDaniels.

The pop star is now repped by Brandon Creed's Good World Management, sources tell Billboard.
After parting ways with Braun for management, sources confirm the star plans to leave the company entirely.
Amendments to the deal made three years ago extended the agreement through 2027 – presenting a puzzle for both parties.

The singer and actress parted with Braun's SB Projects at the beginning of the year, sources confirm to Billboard, while news follows other high-profile departures.
Sources confirm the split with Billboard, following news that Demi Lovato has also left Braun's SB Projects.
The deal is in partnership with Edgar Andino, the founder and CEO of Andino Marketing Group.
