"It was the sweetest thing ever because I just think she couldn't have comprehended that I would write a song about the two of us," the star said of penning "The Best Day."
The WDTY FM will also play the star's hits nonstop through May 15.
"That was a late, great night I won’t forget," the pop star wrote.
After a nearly three-hour delay, Swift's final Nashville show went on despite the rain.
"For Taylor Swift, a bench for you to read on at Centennial Park," reads a plaque on the city's new bench.
The superstar's three nights at Mercedes-Benz Stadium included the live debuts of "High Infidelity" and "Coney Island."
From Arizona to Florida, cities have been rolling out the red carpet for Swift's Eras Tour arrival.
“She's like, ‘Baby child. Come on. What controversy could you have had for the five minutes you've been making music?’" the 18-year-old recalled.
