The 43-stop outing is slated to kick off in Australia in March and last through an October gig in Seattle.
The singer/dancer's tour was slated to kick off on Sept. 25 in Victoria, B.C. and last through an Oct. 26 date.
The shows were slated to follow an earlier U.S. run this year with Social Distortion.
The singer thanked fans for sticking with him during his recent struggles due to a virus.
"Josh has been given no choice but to prioritize his health and to receive essential medical care through the remainder of the year."
The "Pound Town" rapper also appeared to drop another pair of dates from the U.S. arena outing.
