Through mid-February, 2025 stadium shows are up 60% from the prior-year period and 65 million tickets have been sold for Live Nation concerts, a double-digit annual increase.
The company says a new program designed to replace the pass will be announced later this year.
The limited run of shows kicks off in July.
The three-day event will take place at London's Finsbury Park from July 11-13.
A new date in Lima will be announced soon as part of the superstar's Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran world tour.
The company has been staging televised concerts around major sporting events -- and creating opportuntites for rising artists -- for more than a decade.
"I keep trying to slow down a bit but you keep calling me back," Strait said in a statement.

The trek will feature openers Koe Wetzel, Stephen Wilson Jr., Sikarus and McCoy Moore on select dates.
The former Smiths singer will play a string of shows in May and June.
