The festival, which follows 2017's disastrous Fyre Fest from convicted fraudster Billy McFarland, is scheduled to take place on Isla Mujeres in Mexico from May 30 to June 2.
The hard rockers are also readying new material, with single "I Will Not Break" out now.
The successful trek "underscores the fact that the India market at-large has come of age."

Castmates Katelyn Tarver & Stephen Kramer Glickman are coming along for the ride.
Through mid-February, 2025 stadium shows are up 60% from the prior-year period and 65 million tickets have been sold for Live Nation concerts, a double-digit annual increase.
The company says a new program designed to replace the pass will be announced later this year.
The limited run of shows kicks off in July.
The three-day event will take place at London's Finsbury Park from July 11-13.
A new date in Lima will be announced soon as part of the superstar's Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran world tour.
