Usher is officially the king of Sin City. The R&B star’s Las Vegas residency is one of the hottest tickets in town, and now he’s set to headline the 2024 Super Bowl Halftime Show too.
Want to see Usher before the Super Bowl? The “Glu” singer added new dates to his sold-out My Way residency earlier this year. The remaining batch of shows will take place October through December.
Tickets are available online via sites like Vivid Seats, StubHub, Seat Geek and Ticketmaster. Though pricing currently ranges from around $400 and up, you can score cheaper tickets depending on when you purchase and the date of the show. Usher’s Las Vegas residency runs from October until early December.
The Grammy winner is scheduled to perform in France from Oct. 1-5 (click here for tickets) and returns to Las Vegas’ Park MGM on Oct. 11.
Back in February, Usher remixed one of his classics in a video teasing part two of his Las Vegas residency, which resumed on Feb. 24. “It’s almost time for Vegas Part II. Ya’ll ready? Daddy’s Home,” the singer captioned a video of him being driven to his residency while a remix to his 1997 hit “You Make Me Wanna…” plays in the background.
In an interview with GQ magazine, the 44-year-old performer shared what he enjoys about the residency. “I like the idea of what I’ve found in Las Vegas,” explained the father of four. “It gives me an opportunity to settle. I have children now. I got a life, so [I like] being able to have a few days in certain places and being able to celebrate those places and enjoy them. At this age, you try to hold on to the moments.”
Usher’s not slowing down though. His ninth studio album, Coming Home, drops on Feb. 11, 2024, coinciding with the Super Bowl Halftime performance. He teased the album’s title track in Remy Martin’s “Life is a Melody” campaign released in July.
If you miss the chance to see him in Vegas, catch Usher on his world tour, which will be announced after the Super Bowl.
