David Bowie collaborators D.A.M. Trio reunite for ‘Berlin Trilogy’ UK and Europe 2025 tour

David Bowie‘s former collaborators are reuniting for a UK and Europe tour later this year. Find all the information below.

The D.A.M. Trilogy, made up of guitarist Carlos Alomar, bassist George Murray and drummer Dennis Davis, worked regularly with Bowie during his Berlin period in the late 1970s.

Now, they’ll reunite in a 16-date tour which will honour both Bowie’s legacy and Davis’, who died in 2016. The band, which will include additional new members, will play hits from across the late singer’s Berlin album trilogy: ‘Low’, ‘Heroes’ and ‘Lodger’.

Coined the ‘Back To Berlin’ tour, the string of shows will kick off in the city on November 7, before they head to Oslo, Malmo, Paris, London and more. They’ll wrap up on December 1 with a final performance in Dublin.

Tickets go on sale this Friday (January 29) at 10am local time from the venue websites.

Guitarist, Alomar, who recorded with Bowie across 11 albums, including ‘Young Americans’,  the Berlin Trilogy and, most recently, 2003’s ‘Reality’, has explained his and Murray’s motivations to tour. “Where other bands have toured Bowie’s songs extensively since his passing, these songs haven’t been performed the way they were meant to be. Until now,” he said.

“The Spiders from Mars are well known, but the D.A.M. Trio remains rock and roll’s best-kept secret. It’s time to honour our legacy, including Dennis’s,” he continued. “The fans we’ve met along the way are the ones who have driven this. We feel obliged to do it because they’ve waited so long for us to return to these songs. “This could very well be our last spin of Europe.”

Though they individually contributed to Bowie’s recordings after the 1970s, the musicians last performed live with Bowie in 1979 during his appearance on Saturday Night Live.

The tour will also include visuals from video editor and Bowie archivist, Nacho, and will see New York City singer Cunio take on Bowie’s vocals.
