During the show, the singer performed an unreleased song, one which is set to be his next single.
“Hong Kong, that was a special song only for Hypefest,” he shared with the crowd during his set. “It’s the acoustic version of my upcoming single.” However, DEAN remained tight-lipped about remaining details of the song, including its release date.

This comes just a week after DEAN was revealed as a featured artist on BIBI’s upcoming single, ‘Burn It’, which will mark his first music release of 2024. Aside from ‘Burn It’, BIBI will also be releasing another single titled ‘Derre’ at the same time on November 14.
DEAN’s last solo release was the single ‘Die 4 You’ in 2023, which came four years since he dropped his 2019 song ‘Howlin’ 404′. Between both releases, the singer was featured on songs by IU, nafla, Crush and more.
Back in 2021, he took to Instagram Stories to share progress on his upcoming album, scrolling through music files dating back to 2020. “My team and I have built, destroyed, built again, only to destroy again,” he said at the time.
“Dear fans, please hang in there just a little longer. Love you all. Let me show you how I’m different. I’m just a workaholic,” he had added. DEAN has yet to release a second body of work since he made his debut with the mini-album ‘130 mood: TRBL’ in 2015.
