Disney+ has unveiled a new trailer for upcoming K-drama Crash, starring Lee Min-ki, Kwak Sun-young and more. Read on for more specifics about the show’s plot, cast, premiere date and trailers.

What is the plot of Crash?

The series begins when Cha Yeon-ho is assigned to the South Korean police’s Traffic Crime Investigation (TCI) unit, which he is uncannily perfect for. Having graduated with a degree in maths from Korea’s top university, Yeon-ho has the special ability to analyse and simulate traffic incidents. However, he is infamous for his lack of social skills and ironic lack of a driver’s license.

The rest of the TCI team is filled with various personalities, all of whom have a deep past with the police force and some even have their own underlying motives for sticking with the TCI team. The series follows the team as they rise to the occasion when traffic crimes begin to rise in number and evolve in complexity.

Who is in the cast of the new K-drama?

Actor Lee Min-ki (known for his roles in Behind Your Touch, My Liberation Notes and more) plays Cha Yeon-ho, while the rest of the TCI team are played by a star-studded cast of actors.

They include Moving‘s Kwak Sun-young  as Min So-hee, Squid Game‘s Heo Sung-tae as Jung Chae-man, Arthdal Chronicles‘ Lee Ho-cheol as Woo Dong-ki and Moon-hee of Duty After School fame as Eo Hyun-kyung.

Other supporting actors also include Goodbye Earth‘s Baek Hyun-jin, Pandora’s Kim Kwang-sik and newcomer Oh Dae-suk, among numerous others.

Is there a trailer for Crash?

Disney+ unveiled the official trailer for Crash on May 6, sharing a glimpse into the high-octane albeit comical lifestyle as an officer on the TCI unit. Featuring action scenes of car chases and arrests, the trailer also heavily features Yeon-ho as he adjusts to the huge learning curve of the job.

How do I watch Crash?

Crash will premiere May 13 on South Korean TV network ENA, with new episodes airing every Monday and Tuesday at 10pm KST. The series will also be available on Disney+ and Hulu internationally.
