Fred Again.. unveils details of new album, ‘Ten Days’ featuring The Japanese House, Anderson .Paak, Sampha and more
Fred Again.. has today (August 1) announced details of a new album called ‘Ten Days’ – find out more about the release below.
The album features a host of collaborators including Obongjayar, Jozzy, Jim Legxacy, Sampha, SOAK, Anderson .PAAK, CHIKA, Duskus, Four Tet, Skrillex, Joy Anonymous, Emmy Lou Harris, The Japanese House and Scott Hardkiss.
Speaking about the album, he said: “My new record is called ten days. It’s ten songs about ten days.
“There’s been a lot of [big] mad crazy moments in the last year but basically all of these are about really very small quiet intimate moments.”
He added: “Some of them are like the most intensely joyful things I have felt, and some of them are the other side of things. And some days I don’t want to speak about loads cos I’m not the only person it was an important day for if that makes sense.”
The album will be released on September 6, with vinyl copies following on October 25. You can pre-order the album here. Check out the full track list below:

Earlier this month, Fred Again.. was spotted performing an intimate secret set at Rising Sun Pensford, a pub located in Brixton, Somerset, with The Japanese House.
The producer and DJ played a live set to a small audience inside the pub at a private event last month (July 12).
As well as the collaboration, the set also comprised solo material. The artist also last sprang a surprise set onto Glastonbury 2024 festivalgoers in June where he debuted new material.
The producer will be performing at the forthcoming Reading & Leeds 2024 festival in August, in a headlining slot alongside Lana Del Rey, Liam Gallagher, Catfish And The Bottlemen, Blink-182 and Gerry Cinnamon.
Last month, Fred Again.. performed his first headline stadium show in the US, during which he briefly stopped his performance to chase fans off the stage.
NME gave his Brian Eno collaborative album ‘Secret Life’ three stars, saying: “Released just a few weeks after Fred closed Coachella with a set of thunderous dance and techno alongside Four Tet and Skrillex, ‘Secret Life’ sees him handbrake turn once again into ambient haze, assisted by the man who made it all happen for him. This surprise album – despite its frequent beauty – works best as a puzzle piece rather than a standout record in its own right.”
