Nobody could’ve predicted that GELO would have notched the first rap hit of 2025 with his viral “Tweaker” anthem. Now, the middle Ball brother has returned two months later on Friday (March 7) with his follow-up single, looking to keep the momentum going with “Can You Please.”

GELO headed to Memphis to bring some firepower to the track as GloRilla continues her feature-winning streak on the raunchy, trunk-rattling song.

“Can You Please” caught fire as a snippet when older brother and NBA hooper Lonzo Ball previewed the track in the Chicago Bulls locker room. The track serves as GELO’s second single and first since reportedly inking a multi-million dollar deal with Def Jam in January.

“I ain’t from the South, but kick it with my Memphis twin,” GELO raps on “Tweaker,” and he appears to have found her in Big Glo.

Earlier this week, GELO teased a visual on the way for “Can You Please” as footage emerged of the duo appearing on set for a possible video.

“Tweaker” exploded on social media and invaded the Billboard Hot 100 with a debut at No. 29 and has held strong inside the top 60 in the eight weeks it has spent on the chart. He enlisted Lil Wayne — who was a fitting choice with “Tweaker” boasting a New Orleans rap pastiche — for the “Tweaker” remix in February.

“[It] Definitely caught me off-guard for sure, it’s crazy,” the 26-year-old told Billboard of his meteoric rise in January. “I’m here for it. I knew something was gon’ happen. I’m ready to get stuff moving now.”
