Here’s when ‘Fortnite’ Chapter 6 Season 1 ends
Fortnite is well into its sixth chapter now, having released several updates for years consistently. Chapter 6 Season 1 has been somewhat of a return to form for many players, and excitement over what Epic Games will do with Season 2 has only been growing.
Thankfully, we already know when Chapter 6 Season 2 will launch, thanks to the in-game battle pass timer and it isn’t too far away.
Chapter 6 Season 1 of Fortnite will end on February 21, 2025. The same day, Chapter 6 Season 2: Lawless will launch. This follows the somewhat usual schedule of each Fortnite season lasting about 3 months or so.
We now have full details on Season 2 of Chapter 6, titled Lawless. This season is a criminals paradise with a host of new villain/criminal-themed skins. It also adds in new rail grinding which can be used to escape tricky situations, building on the parkour moves added in Chapter 6 Season 1. .
You only have a few days left to finish Chapter 6 Season 1’s battle pass and complete anything else you have to do. Keep in mind that LEGO Fortnite and Fortnite Festival run on slightly different schedules from the main battle royale, so you still have a bit more time to finish those battle pass and rewards. Fortnite OG‘s next season still has a few months left on the current battle pass, so you will have to wait a little while until the next season.
For even more on Fortnite, check out the latest updates with Season 7 of Fortnite Festival, which includes Hatsune Miku and how Chappell Roan’s favourite night in activity involves the game.
Despite being close to a decade old at this point, Fortnite is still racking up playtime as it hit more than 30 million hours played on Christmas Day in 2024.
