Ice Spice and Central Cee team up for ‘Did It First’
Ice Spice and Central Cee have linked up for the new collaboration, ‘Did It First’ – listen to the track below.
Released today (July 12), the New York rapper enlisted Central Cee for the fourth preview of her upcoming highly anticipated debut album ‘Y2K’. The track – and it’s accompany music video – is short; it clocks in at just under two minutes, but sees both rappers deliver fiery verses warning against the dangers of cheating on them.

‘Did It First’ marks the fourth track to drop from the upcoming album. It follows ‘Think U The Sh*t (Fart)’, ‘Gimme A Light’ and ‘Phat Butt’. ‘Y2K’ is due for release on July 26.
Earlier this month, the rapper played coy when asked if Taylor Swift will feature on the record: “I don’t know, we’ll see, we’ll see.”
Later this month, she returns to North America, where she’ll begin a slew of headlining shows, with support from Cash Cobain through late August. Fans can buy and sell tickets for Ice Spice at global marketplace viagogo.
‘Y2K’ will follow the Bronx rapper’s January 2023 EP, ‘Like..?’, which featured viral hits including ‘Munch (Feelin’ U)’ and ‘In Ha Mood’. NME awarded that release four stars, with Thomas Smith praising Ice Spice’s sardonic delivery and level-headed confidence.
“The road is still long for Ice Spice, and weathering the post-viral breakout period feels crucial: longevity feels attainable, but casual listeners and even some fans remain fickle,” Smith wrote. “On ‘Like…?’, she appears unbothered about chasing clout or fans – she knows they’ll come around eventually anyway.”
