Incubus announce special guest for ‘Morning View’ show at London’s O2
Incubus have announced which artist will be joining them as a special guest for their upcoming show at The O2.
The London gig was announced last November and comes as part of their ongoing 20th anniversary celebrations for the album ‘Morning View’.
Now, frontman Brandon Boyd and co. have confirmed that Paris Jackson will be joining them as support on the night.
The actor, model and musician began making a name for herself in the music industry after sharing her debut solo album ‘Wilted’ back in 2020. According to a new press description, the upcoming slot with Incubus is set to see her “sing the purest kind of truth over distorted chords without filter or apology” as well as add “an exciting element to the upcoming London performance.”
The gig will take place at the iconic London venue on April 26, and see the band perform their seminal 2001 album in its entirety, along with other hits from throughout their career. It also comes on the heels of their US ‘Morning View’ arena tour, and is set to be their “only UK and Ireland performance” of this year.

Following the gig, Incubus will head over to Cologne’s Lanxess Arena on April 30 – scheduled to perform what will be their only European show of this year.

The shows were announced after Brandon Boyd spoke to NME in 2021 about the 20th anniversary of the album, which spawned the hit singles ‘Nice To Know You’, ‘Are You In?’ and ‘Wish You Were Here’. During the interview, he shared that there could be more leftover material from that era to come from the vaults.
“There’s a lot of material and we might dust some of it off at some point,” he said. “Sometimes old ideas or demos find their way into back into our sort of collective band consciousness and we’ll dust them off and rearrange them and they become new songs.”

He also discussed the recording process, saying: “We made the decision to not make our next album in a traditional setting so we rented this big, empty house up in Malibu kind of away from everything.
“We were interested in seeing what would happen if we changed our environment dramatically and set up in a living room together and brought out all of our gear into this house, where it was as distraction-free as you could possibly be in that moment.”
As for Paris Jackson, the singer recently shared a video of her experience battling drug and alcohol addiction in celebration of five years of sobriety.
Before then, she opened up about her upcoming music, and said that the personal topics she explores in the lyrics may be “hard for some people to hear”.
