Jung Kook Steams Up Grand Central Station in New Calvin Klein Jeans Campaign: Behind-the-Scenes Pics

He’s shining like a star! Jung Kook of BTS takes center stage in Calvin Klein Jeans‘ latest Spring 2024 campaign, which rolled out Friday (Feb. 16), and Billboard has the exclusive look at some behind-the-scenes shots.

In photos by Mert Alas that the brand shared with Billboard, the “Standing Next to You” singer poses in New York City’s iconic Grand Central Station. In one snap, he leans casually against a wall as he stares ahead with a sultry look, his oversized black shirt unbuttoned, showing off his bare chest and abs, the ’90s straight-fit jeans on display.

In another, the global K-pop star puts his edgier side front and center, staring intently ahead as he models a sleek black leather jacket and black jeans, a lock of hair falling over his left eye. In the third photograph, he stands smack dab in the middle of an empty Grand Central, again dressed in all black, but this time, standing at a baby grand piano with his head bent forward in concentration as he plays.

Ahead of the rollout of Jung Kook’s latest campaign for Calvin Klein, the brand set ARMY’s hearts ablaze on Valentine’s Day with a six-second video teaser on TikTok. In the brief black-and-white visual, Jung Kook dances with abandon — his shirt completely unbuttoned — on an escalator in Grand Central, before coming to the piano.

The K-pop star was first named a global brand ambassador for Calvin Klein in March 2023. He recently celebrated his Billboard Hot 100 No. 1 hit “Seven” joining Spotify’s Billions Club. To mark the occasion, he teamed up with the music-streaming service to share a video of himself enjoying his favorite Korean snacks off Spotify’s plate-like plaque.
