South Korean quartet KARD have cancelled their 2025 ‘New Era’ North American tour due to visa issues.

Tour organiser Konnect’d Entertainment announced the cancellation on February 25 with a statement on X (formerly Twitter). The company said that they “deeply regret having to make this announcement” with the little time remaining before the tour’s scheduled start on February 27.

Konnect’d Entertainment stated that “the working visas for both the artists and staff have yet to be issued” despite having submitted all necessary documents “in a timely manner”.

“For those who already purchased tickets, a full refund will be issued automatically to the original payment method used to make the purchase,” it added. “We sincerely apologise to the fans who have been eagerly anticipating this tour and are truly sorry for the deep disappointment this has caused.”

The cancellation of the KARD’s 2025 ‘New Era’ North American tour comes only two days before it was due to start in Nashville on February 27. The tour was already previously postponed once in 2024 after organisers encountered “unforeseen circumstances” at the time.

In other touring news, Korean-American singer Jay Park will be embarking on a world tour in 2025 titled the ‘Serenades & Body Roll’s tour. Meanwhile, KQ Entertainment boyband xikers will also be heading on their 2025 ‘Road to XY: Enter the Gate’ world tour, with the first batch of stops set for the US.
